Curt is a hands-on leader and strategist with over 20 years in the travel and technology industry and who over the past 10 years has envisioned, designed and led multiple tech-driven customer experience transformations at the world’s largest cruise line, Carnival Cruise Line. He currently serves as the AVP of IT Guest Technology and Head of mobility at Carnival Cruise Line, where he is responsible for designing, developing and supporting all Guest/Customer facing products and applications across Carnival’s fleet. In addition to his experience across the field of technology, Curt is passionate and invested in paying it forward to the next generation of technology leaders, often participating and leading mentorship and outreach programs for up-and-coming technologist wishing to enter and navigate the technology field.
