Albert spent 7 years bringing customer-centric innovation to Home Depot’s 2,000 stores in the U.S. Albert reimagined the kitchen, bath, flooring showroom with Home Depot’s Design Center in San Diego as well as Home Depot’s "Store of the Future" in Kennesaw, GA. Prior to Home Depot, Albert spent 15 years as a Retail industry strategy and technology consultant at McKinsey, Deloitte, and IBM serving Fortune 500 retailers including Walmart, Target, CVS, Macys, and eBay. Albert is also a startup founder, author, and advisor to HI manufacturers and distributors and is based in Atlanta, GA with his wife and 3 children.
