The strength of Samir’s leadership comes from his 20+ years of experience as a digital transformation practitioner and market leader. As the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Consumer Services at Zensar, he is responsible for the consumer portfolio comprising consumer packaged goods (CPG), consumer tech, retail, logistics, travel, and hospitality clients globally. As a passionate technologist and c-suite thought partner, Samir specializes in structuring large multi-year deals across multiple technologies and geographies, with the end goal of unlocking the full potential of technology for the success of his clients. Before joining Zensar, he worked at Infosys for almost two decades, playing multiple roles essential to the development, management, and success of the company’s retail and consumer services business. During this period, he worked with global clients across 15+ countries, spanning five continents. Samir has a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India. He is currently based out of Frisco, Texas.
